Will AI quote your content?
We split your page into passages by heading and score each one on traits that make text easy for an answer engine to lift and cite.
How it works
- 1
We isolate the main content
The same reader-mode extraction browsers use removes navigation and boilerplate.
- 2
We split by heading and score
Each passage gets points for standing alone, concrete facts, naming the entity, question-style headings, a quotable length and lists or tables.
- 3
We show fixes per passage
You get the weakest passages first, with a specific rewrite suggestion for each problem.
Why it matters for AI search
Answer engines quote chunks, not pages. A paragraph that starts with "This also helps" cannot be quoted on its own. Passages with names, numbers and a clear answer are the ones that get lifted into responses.
Frequently asked questions
Does this use AI to score?
No. Every score comes from fixed, published rules in code: no model, no API call, the same page always scores the same.
Does a high score guarantee citations?
No. It measures how quotable your text is, not whether an engine will choose you. Authority and relevance still matter.
What is a self-contained passage?
One that makes sense without the text before it. It names its subject instead of starting with this, it or however.
Why do question headings score higher?
People prompt assistants with questions, so a heading that matches the question makes the passage easy to match.
Can I see the weights?
Yes. They are listed in the result and sum to 100 points per passage.
