Refund Policy

Effective Date: April 5, 2026

1. Role of Paddle (Reseller)

GetBotRank (the "Supplier") utilizes Paddle as its authorized reseller. When you complete a transaction, your contract for the purchase is with Paddle. Paddle is responsible for handling your payment and providing the billing support, while GetBotRank remains responsible for the service delivery and technical quality.

2. Unused Credits & Genuine Cases

We believe in fair value. If you decide to discontinue use, you may request a refund for the portion of your purchase corresponding to unused credits in genuine cases of dissatisfaction or technical inability to use the service.

Refined Refund Example:

Refunds are calculated on the "Base Amount" after non-refundable service fees and taxes.

  • Total Purchase: $5.00 (30 scans)
  • Non-Refundable Fees: -$1.00 (Service charges, VAT, and Payment processing)
  • Refundable Base: $4.00
  • Usage: 10 scans used, 20 remaining
  • Final Refund: (20 remaining / 30 total) * $4.00 = $2.66

3. Technical Failures

In line with Paddle's terms, if we (the Supplier) fail or unreasonably delay in delivering the Product/Audit results due to technical issues, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund of the relevant Charges paid.

4. Statutory Withdrawal Rights

Consumers in the **EU, EEA, and UK** have a right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days for any reason. However, you acknowledge that this right expires once you have started using the service (e.g., triggering an audit or consuming credits), as the product is delivered instantly upon your consent.

5. Subscription Cancellations

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further recurring charges will be applied. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for "partially used" subscription months.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed strictly within 10 to 12 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We strongly encourage you to contact help@paddle.com or our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Resolving disputes through Paddle is typically much faster than the bank-led process.
