GetBotRank (the "Supplier") uses Razorpay to process payments and manage subscriptions. When you complete a transaction, your purchase contract is with GetBotRank; Razorpay simply handles the payment processing, billing, and subscription management on our behalf.
We believe in fair value. If you decide to discontinue use, you may request a refund for the portion of your purchase corresponding to unused credits in genuine cases of dissatisfaction or technical inability to use the service.

Refunds are calculated on the "Base Amount" after non-refundable service fees and taxes.
If we (the Supplier) fail or unreasonably delay in delivering the Product/Audit results due to technical issues, you are entitled to a replacement or a full refund of the relevant Charges paid.
Consumers in the **EU, EEA, and UK** have a right to withdraw from the Agreement within 14 days for any reason. However, you acknowledge that this right expires once you have started using the service (e.g., triggering an audit or consuming credits), as the product is delivered instantly upon your consent.
Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period, and no further recurring charges will be applied. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for "partially used" subscription months.
Approved refunds are processed strictly within 10 to 12 business days. The funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
We strongly encourage you to contact hi@getbotrank.com or our support team directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Resolving disputes directly with us is typically much faster than the bank-led process.
