Any attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary scoring models or automate the exploitation of our credits is strictly prohibited.

3. Payments and Refund Policy

GetBotRank operates on a "Pay-as-you-go" and subscription model. All transactions are processed by Paddle, our authorized reseller.

4. Audit Results and Intellectual Property

While you own the input URL, GetBotRank owns the specific scoring methodology, the AEO/GEO proprietary indices, and the format of the audit reports generated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use these reports for your own business purposes.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall HIMANSHU SINGH or GetBotRank be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service or the implementation of our SEO/AEO recommendations.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account without notice if we detect suspicious activity, credit exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HIMANSHU SINGH operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
